Seated Leg Extension
A 20° seat angle of elevation with a 90° seat and backrest angle positions the exerciser at the proper posture for maximum quadriceps and hamstring engagement. No knee holder so no-hassle getting on and off. Please note that seated leg curl is not applicable for this machine.
Lying Leg Curl
